Perhaps I picked a bad time to pop in, but I can only base my review on what I experienced. Shockingly poorly managed store; the woman who eventually got around to serving me was surly and bad tempered. To be fair, I think I would have been too in her position, as she was unable to deal with the large number of customers and was also trying to deal with a lunatic woman who was trying to grab the ladder and fetch the trainers she was after instead of waiting her turn. There should have been at least 2 more members of staff serving in the running shoe area, and given the handful of bored looking employees hanging around at the front of the store, there could have been. There also should have been more people on the tills. When I saw the length of the queue I had to abandon my purchase as I had already spent 15 minutes more than intended and was running late for a meeting. Not an experience I intend to repeat - maybe the online shop is a better bet.

This store has some of the worst customer services I have ever witnessed, they're uninterested in person and never answer the phone to help with any problems. They admittedly mis-sold and mis-printed wording on a football shirt resulting in a lack of any effort to correct, replace or refund me.

I was told by a friend that the store sold equestrian products.on arrival i could not visibly see a section dedicated to equestrians
So i found an assistant and all she could do was point in fague fashion telling me they are over there somewhere.ok. i have another look no joy so i ask someone else and the same senario happened i was told they are over there totally the opposite way from where i was originally.eventually the 3rd assistant i found was a little more helpful but informed me the selection was very limited and not allways available.all of your assistants came across miserable unknowledgable and like they just didnt want to be there.shame looks like a nice store but sadly i wont be back
