Our pets have always been registered with the chalks Rd practice for the last 25 years and the 2 cats we have now are being looked after in the same way fantastic. All the staff there are really helpful and friendly .one of our cat's now have an ongoing problem (ibs) and Fergus as been brilliant with the medication and looking after him.

We have used this surgery for many years for our cats. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent care. Over the years our cats have provided a number of challenges to the medical team, most notably keeping our elderly diabetic cat going for 5 years until he died from a tumour aged 21.

We have been with animal house for several years - our two cats and our dog always receive a warm welcome from the nurses/receptionists, with our dog often getting a cuddle and a treat if we need to wait a few minutes for our appointment. The nurses have also provided useful information and advice to us over the phone on several occasions. The majority of our appointments have been with Sarah or Mark who are professional, helpful and happy to answer any questions we've had, and most importantly both go the extra mile to make our pets feel at ease. Very happy to recommend the practice.

I've been using this practice for my cats for nearly 2 years. I am consistently impressed by the vets, whether for emergency procedures or standard check ups. Highly recommended!

Have both my cats registered there and all my previous pets were. It is a great surgery where all the staff are helpful and the treatment is excellent. I would definitely recommend.
