I currently use L.A.gym and it is very good old fashion gym staff are very helpful and the gym has got enough to keep me busy.

Old school spit and spawdust bodybuilding gym now largely forgotten but still a gem gym with plenty of equipment and dumbells up to 75kg

I used to traino here a few years back very good gym got everything u need nice friendly environment and the staff are nice and helpful
