Visited the FENTY stand here to get colour matched by one of the girls that work there. I have never seen such horrific makeup in my life. I dont know anyone of my friends that would do their makeup like the woman did mine. She caked on 4 pumps of the foundation. Drew on the concealer and didnt blend it was literally a lump on my face. I then asked for some bronzer and she came back with a highlighter and put it where bronzer should be. It confused me how someone who made me look so bad can represent FENTY or any makeup stand in this store. The 2 stars is because the nice girl in NARS re did my makeup and told me that this has happened before...

staff on make-up very rude for no reason, must be very un happy people but makes shopping there to un pleasant to go back. selection to small. seen food items i can get in other places to over priced which shows to lack of respect to your customers. I see a wash brush i see for £1.00 you charge £30.00. you charge £15-£30 for bento i get can get for £2-£5. You charge to much for panda biscuts. The food section is to small anyway no special gifts to buy. Your fashion choices are poor nothing special enough. Your windows outside can be nice but in store nothing as its to small. staff on fashion just stand there like they shy of you very strange experience was expecting special time but nothing. Also staff should remember not to stare if men looking in womens fashion or women looking at mens you must remember people like to buy presents for loved ones. Even my little daughter pick up and say to me make-up staff were not nice. I will stick with selfriges in london. Bristol nice place everywhere else just not this shop.

Large store with a wide variety of clothing and home wares, the store is immaculate. The staff were very helpful!

Really terrible waxes in the strip wax bar!!! I've since contacted Yvonne the retail manager I believe who spoke to the owner of strip and apparently people make mistakes and as strip are no longer going to be in harvey nicols anymore we could either go into strip before today and have a complimentary wax or in London even though I work I live in Bristol. Really disgusted with the whole service. All I wanted was a refund for £73 as I went to a much better salon who did an excellent job. Overall myself and I have been utterly disgusted with the treatment received and the responses. Yes it was patches of hair left, not the end of the world. But the responses received were terrible and no further response from Yvonne. If we were offered to have the treatment by another member of staff we would've jumped to the chance.
