I cant believe the attitude of these people ! I definatley will not be going back... The food is very plain... I like my food and was upset I.d wasted my hunger on this takeaway ! The pizza/kebab shop round the corner just the same except they might treat you a little better ! ... Overall SILVER CITY GO GET SOME CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS.....FAST !

This place is a joke. Walked in, lady behind counter did not speak at all. My husband placed the order he handed over the money and she walked out. Didn't even acknowledge what he had said. We stood outside with the dog and waited for our takeaway. We saw the lady come from the back with a bag and by the time my husband had walked through the door she had placed the bag on the counter and walked back into the back room not saying a word. This was so bizarre we just laughed about it but honestly they need to sort themselves out. Don't get me wrong the food wasn't bad at all but certainly doesn't make up for literally no customer service skills and would NOT return.

It was a good Chinese restaurant, decent food and cheap prices. The lady at the counter wasn't that hard to understand being from a foreign country. The chicken chow mein was really good and so was the prawn crackers. I definitely recommend if you just to have a decent but cheap meal.

i had a meal from this take away which was disgusting the lady at the counter was very difficult to understand she gave me change of a £10 when i reminded her it was a £20 she became very abusive the food was cold and ended up giving myself and my daughter a sleepless night as we were sick all night the front of shop isn't very clean either don't go to this takeaway goldenhills is so much better its just round the corner
