I pulled up to go and see if reception was open and found it was shut and the sign said Full. So I walked back to my van to check where the next site was. Just as I got back my phone rang so I answered the call. Following my call I was just looking up the next side and a lady came out. I thought that’s handy she can help me. She said what are you doing !!!!! I said I can see you are closed I was just looking to see where the next site was. She said as long as you are not going to stay there all night !!!! I hand to bite my tongue !! How rude was that. I will never use that site with attitude like that.

Lovely town, stunning views. Campsite is spotlessly clean but let down by jobsworth staff. Also impossible to get a pitch during bank holidays if you are a working man as the number of minimum nights required restricts you from booking.

Cc club take your money but you can never get on their sites.
Massively oversubscribed and staff struggle to cope with high demand.

Would have been 5 star but the showers had one fixed temperature too hot for my wife and daughter. Otherwise great location.

Beautiful tents . Stunning location . However this site is not child friendly . No ball games . No smiling. The Staff are Rude and unhelpful. Such a shame as its in a prime spot. Lovely area ....
