Excellent beer selection! Loved the Maple fall! Toffee and Maple syrup, felt like I was transported back to Canada! Worth a visit after a day out walking!

We ate at several pubs in the town and this was by far the best. Wonderful, home-cooked meals - highly recommended.

Good service great beer. The veggie fish fingers were great. Only one other choice for vegetarians but that's okay for the occasional visit

Great pub with good range of drinks including real ales. Good choice of food on then which is reasonable priced and the food was very tasty. Definitely recommend a visit to this pub.

Good beer selection. Cajun chicken burger with real chips and good onion rings. Worth the wait as it was cooked to order. Friendly service too. Worth a try. Book in peak season.
