At a funeral tea here this afternoon. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. I asked if they had anything gluten free... Without even a pause the chap went n got some gf oatcakes then returned shortly with a toasted cheese sandwich. A small gesture maybe but the immediate response and no hassle approach was very much appreciated.

Rooms light, clean and spacious. Breakfast good too. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Lounge area has a bit of a dusty smell.

Absolutely loved this hotel, great friendly staff, stunning rooms with balconies into the pool. And a stunning buffet breakfast.

My boyfriend and me stayed here for a wedding it felt like we knew the staff after a day. They were very relaxed. The beauty salon here is wonder and brilliant value. The owner is a lovely woman with so much time for every customer.

We always look forward to our visits to the Craigmonie. Neil and the staff look after us very well. We have stayed in various rooms and never been disappointed. I do now prefer the Annexe rooms even if I have to walk over to the Leisure complex. The highlight is the swimming pool. Just the right temperature and size. Traditional Highland breakfast is a must try, followed by coffee on one of the lovely sofas in the Lounge with the papers. Would recommend this hotel for comfort,staff attention and easy access to the town.
