The chicken was amazing and marinated perfectly. Staff were friendly but it took quite some time for us to get our food. Other than that everything was fine.

Tonight I ordered takeaway from this Nando's in Inverness. When the order was complete, both the website, and the later email, stated I should collect the food at 18:45.
I went to the shop at 18:40 but they hadn't even started cooking my order. My food was ready at 19:20, and after taking it back to my hotel, I found that the order was short of items. I returned to the shop and was given the missing items so that I could return to my hotel to eat my cold food.
I would not recommend this shop.

We came here on Saturday 14th October. The food was great and 5 star but the service let it down. We were told we would have to wait until 8pm for a booking as they were fully booked up to this time. So we waited until 8pm until our reservation, walked into the restaurant and it was only half full! Even though there was plenty room we were sat right at the door (Inverness in October it was freezing cold.) My partner then went to order our food and was waiting around 5 minutes at the till before anyone served him because the boy was too busy standing talking to other members of staff. The food was brilliant in the end but I won't be returning. I would rather go somewhere where the staff aren't rude.

Good, efficient and friendly service. Food is simple (in a good way) and very very good. I like the choice of different heats in the sauces. Only slight complaint from my point of view is the chips could be a little crisper and are a bit soft. Obviously a personal opinion though.

Food was amazing but some of our group got their starters after their main and our extras came even later. Staff seemed to forget about simple requests like, "Where's our food?" Wouldn't be returning to this restaurant.
