Recently Russell has been leading classes with a constantly changing programme with common themes. He has explained how to create flexibility using strength rather than merely overcoming resistance in the muscles one is stretching. He adjusts participants who need it and has a clear method for leading into neutral posture and expansive breath. His classes are playful and substantial with plenty of new information to integrate into our movement. He has optional homework each week and always does a long relaxation at the end of class.
