Somewhat shabby these days. Much in need of tlc. Good selection of outlets. Dreadful toliets, which, you'd have to be DESPERATE to use.

Dont go often to savoy but its a good shopping area tried the beauty salon for first time and it was good experience and very reasonable price will now go back regularly i enjoy the looking around especially under cover on a wet day

Great place to go if looking for nic naks. Just about anything you are looking for. And of course the fab romany fortune teller Kizzie is there in the first floor
