Great gym, sadly moved out of the area or I would've remained a member. Lots of proper big weights and hammer machines, as well as a number of treadmills, and what appears to be a tanning machine, though I never did open it up to find out. The owner is sound, always happy to help, even if you're just starting out, which I was.
