Appalling restaurant, the music was so loud you could hardly hear, the steak frites was well done when i asked for rare, the risotto was under cooked and the service was extremely slow. the prices were shockingly high for the quality of food served. At least the garlic bread was ok.

We have been here before and was very good. This time it was extremely poor. The food was just ok, the wine was extremely poor and the service was dreadful. The staff will ask " is everything ok?" But you answer "no" it's completely ignored!! Very pretentious, everyone goes through the motions. if you question the environment and service it's completely overlooked. why ask if your can't fix the issue? On the bright side the bar staff are some of the best I've ever encountered.

Bit more expensive but worth it for a bit better experience. Lovely food, great menu selection and well worth a visit.

I am quite cross following my stay at this hotel. While I cannot fault the service of the staff the state of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.
This hotel doesn't meet basic standards you would expext.
Paint flaking off the radiator in the bathroom and holes in the fabric of furniture (big holes the kind you couldn't miss)
The room we got was very small, quite pokey.
For the price they charge my advice would be to go elsewhere, there are hotels of much higher quality for the same price in Glasgow.
