Professional, courteous, and among the best in the business. It's a shame that some people will complain about pricing (animal owners should have insurance) as these vets are underappreciated, incredibly qualified to manage emergency critical medicine and surgery, and are working into the dead of the night to provide that life-saving care. Our visit here left me with an impression of a staff that deserves to be recognised for excellency.

We used this centre on 30 th July. We were impressed with the administration assistant at the VET Now centre however very disappointed with the checking of and misdiagnosis of our cats' problem which a thorough examination should have detected. Our cat was diagnosed with a gastric problem by the emergency service vet when it was actually a large wound in her lower body which our own vet found. She is a very small cat and the wound should have been spotted as it was only a few hours old. We will not use the service again and it was very expensive!

The people on the other side of the phone here are the friendliest most helpful people! Feel so reassured after speaking to a couple of members of staff tonight who were just absolutelt lovely and so eager to offer the best advice and help!

Great team. From the girl who spoke to me on the phone to book the appointment, to the vet (Dr. Richard) who treated my dog with respect and efficiency at 11pm, making us feel a bit more calm about the fact that our dog's snout was becoming really quite similar to the Michelin man's face. Definitely recommend this place. Our dog's condition was truly well managed.
