My young pup Dejah was hit by a car. She had a very severe injury to her back right leg ending up having to have her two inside toes amputated by the emergency vets. A week after her accident Dejah was transferred over to B.D.W. After weeks and weeks of continuing care from the team at B.D.W Dejah has recovered past 100 percent. She is full of life and never stops. The care and treatment she has received from this practice is nothing short of amazing. Amazing staff just so great to deal with. My pup Dejah is probably the only dog on the planet that loves going to the vet. She can't get from the car into the practice quick enough and I can't blame her. I can't stress how much B.D.W made a difference to my pup and my self during an extremely difficult time. I would rate them ten out of ten time after time for everything and thank them so much for being the amazing team they are. Pretty sure Dejah would agree.

My shih tzu was diagnosed with an aggressive eye ulcer in Northumberland, Kate (the opthalmologist) and her nurse kindly stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate Darcey's emergency eye surgery.. She is still monitoring the eye via copious amounts of photos and discussions with my local vets..

Extremely unhappy following two visits within a week with the same complaint.
Despite informing two different vets of the treatment my dog usually receives they both prescribed different treatments and ten days later she still has painful ears The bill paid was three times what previous treatment has cost and they had the audacity to charge me an additional amount on our second visit to clean her ears as well as a follow up consultation charge
I will certainly not be returning

Great service all round! We were previously registered with a branch of another Edinburgh veterinarian, but had two poor experiences and were charged through the roof for the privilege. Batchelor, Davidson and Watson was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The nurses were very helpful and welcoming, both on the phone and in person, whilst the veterinarian was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, even for our somewhat exotic pet. Though they are located several miles from us, I wouldn't hesitate to take my pets there again, even with the added taxi fare. Thank you!
