Had a Dermalogica facial here. Sadly the beautician or therapist or whatever you call them didn't ask me any questions and obviously used something super strong on my skin and as a result the following day my face swelled up, my skin got all red and rough and tights and sore for days after! I went to a dermatologist who prescribed me a hydro cortisone cream to fix it. I was only here on holiday so no time to go back, however emailed them with my complaint and they apologised but that was it. Poor show.

Waited 40 minutes for an appointment to then be told they couldn't do my nails as they didn't have time, super unhelpful.

Love the floatarium but I go to have my nails done. Team are so attentive, really look after me and my nails always look great. They also offer a great value service. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you. Lynda

Gemma did a great job if mmy brows and is a lovely lass! Would recommend getting a treatment here if you are looking for a relaxing and professional experience.

I've been using the flotation tanks here for a few years now and would very much recommend it. Great service, good facilities, deeply relaxing :)
