The food took over two and a half hours to arrive, and was stone cold when we finally got it. We phoned repeatedly to find out what was going on and was just told "it'll be right with you" for an hour and a half. The guy on the phone was actively evasive when pressed for any idea of an actual time. Ordered banana bread, but it wasn't in the delivery, no apology or explanation given. Meat in the doro wat was mostly inedible gristle. The sauce was supposed to be spicy but had almost no flavour at all.

EDIT: We've now been waiting OVER 2 HOURS for our delivery. Called up and they said "We're busy" - seriously that is not a reason! Get some staff or at least let us know if it's going to be more than an hour because we'll go somewhere else. They also said the classic "The driver has just left" over 30mins ago - we're 3mins car down the road so that was clearly a lie. Always nice to be lied to, and that shows the regard to which they hold their customers.
Food is good, BUT the service and delivery is almost hilariously incompetent. Most of the time they seem to act as though your very ordering is an inconvenience to them. I'm currently waiting for a delivery that was ordered 1h 45m ago that should have been here within 50mins, and after calling up after an hour they said "It'll be another 20 mins" with no explanation. Last time I went into the shop to collect nobody even appeared for 10mins as I stood there waiting. God forbid I was actually a new customer!
Lovely food but seriously, sort out the service because it's appalling beyond belief. We've ordered 5 or 6 times but it's gone beyond a joke now and we won't be coming back.

diocre, food was terrible. jerk chicken? although the chicken was soft it was more like chicken in a tomato sauce. your better off serving what you know. the rice was also burnt, wouldn't order from here again

fantastic place! food is great i am totally addicted to most of it. they go out of their way to accomodate(once even delivering to the other side of town) loyalty card is fab, i would reccomend this place to everyone xx
