Went to see about missing medicines at Well Pharmacy, Edinburgh. The staff were courteous pleasant and discerning. Raised a point of concern, they took full responsibility and put my mind at ease virtually straight away. I would certainly be delighted to recommend for any pharmaceutical issues they had. They give the approach that they are willing go the extra mile in helping complete the inquiry.

I found some of the staff to be rude and unprofessional. I have to self catheterize due to a spinal cord injury and had catheters delivered, but found that lady's sanitary towels had been included. I took them back and I could see a female member of staff sniggering at the back of the store. Quite humiliating.
