Having spent a weekend in Stockbridge visiting my son. I had the experience of the airline losing my case.I had all my medication and equipment that I needed in the case and no idea when it would arrive. I spoke to the pharmacist who advised that I call the out of hours service to try get a emergency prescription, they said they would be more than willing to dispense it. Eventually I got the medication and despite not being able to get the catheters I required, they tried very hard by ringing other chemist's I cannot express how grateful and how impressed I was with the two pharmacist who dealt with my unfortunate dilemma. I would like to say a very big thank you
