Helpful staff however time management could be improved, they make you wait of ask you to come back later... Even for the simplest request. Good offers on some over the counter products :-)

The internal automatic doors didn't work, for a while. I believe it's fixed? I'm a wheelchair user this is handy for me. There's an alternative single door outside which opens automatically too.
Great pharmacy, very personable staff. Individual attention is guaranteed. Lots of space for prams and wheelchairs.

I waited for 45 minutes for my prescription which the pharmacist had lost, which is fair enough, accidents happen. However the bad review is due to the rudeness of the staff, they made me feel as if I was in the way and did not seem to be very apologetic about the hold up.
