yoga got hot is so awesome and life changing! there are different classes that can suit anybody. I love the power classes, the room is heated, it can be very intense, but definitely good for the physical and the mental growth. Also, the teachers are so lovely and very helpful, they know what they doing and when to push you harder or not and they have very good playlist of music. love their classes!! yoga got hot is definitely worth it!

I (Andrew's wife) loved every class that I attended at Yoga's Got Hot! I had never tried hot yoga before and wasn't sure how I would like it but the heat was never too intense and really helped me to stretch more deeply. Every instructor I had was amazing in the way that they led not only the physical aspects of the class but also in the way that they guided the mental and emotional elements. I left each night feeling cleansed and strong.

I absolutely love coming to Yoga's Got Hot. The teachers are brilliant, encouraging you to work to your own abilities and also gently pushing you when they can see you have more to give. The range of yoga class times and variety of styles, means that everyone can find a practise to suit them. Plus they play some great music!
Go on......try a power class, you might surprise yourself!!

Love, love, love yoga got hot. Teachers know their stuff and encourage you to achieve a little progress each time. I go to Classic classes - suitable for beginners to advanced. Regardless of your level I have never felt intimidated in the class and have improved my flexibility. Highky recommended!

I would thoroughly recommend this studio. There are a variety of classes to suit all, I particularly like the warm/hot flow. The instructors are all lovely and super helpful. I have been going now for almost 6 months and have really noticed an improvement in my practice and an increased strength, which I had lost through years of running. I feel much stronger and balanced now! Thanks YGH.
