Tried several Pilates teachers till I discovered Kathy. Not only does she know Pilates but she knows how to teach. Since starting my chronic lower back pain has disappeared and dodgy right shoulder much improved. My husband has also started classes after seeing the difference they made to me.

We recently moved to the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh and were delighted to see there was a body control pilates studio more or less on our doorstep, so KBC Pilates is ideal for us. Kath's a great tutor and the classes are always fun.
