Crossfit Skirmish is an amazing community with great, friendly coaching and a wonderful group of athletes (of all levels) to train with. I've only been Crossfitting for a couple of months but it's been a life-changing experience, and I don't say that lightly. Everyone should Crossfit and if they work out somewhere as good as Skirmish, they will be full of the win.

Great box. Realy frendly with lots of different classes also has olimpic weightlifting class. Extra bonus is that it is connected to enegery gym so you can easily train there aswell

Since the new classes I find myself falling in love with exercise, each class is different and with the scaled options nothing is every out of reach. Granted some exercises are really challenging! but even lately I have found myself mastering a few double unders. I love the friendly atmosphere, the coaches are all very approachable and quick to offer help when you need it.
Really love the mobility class on Saturday and the new booking systems, makes it easy to book and cancel classes on the go.
I just wanted to let you know that it’s a great place you have, everyone works hard to make you fell part of something fun. It’s such a buzz to feel my progress lately, I’d just like to say thanks to the team. I have found myself in a much happier place physically and mentally because of crossfit!

Awesome box with great coaches and an amazing community, they've all helped me on my journey to joining the Royal Marines and I can't recommend Crossfit Skirmish enough as a place to start. All the training done here definitely got me ready to pass selection and set me up well for a good career. Thanks again.

Been a member here for 2 weeks now, great place, very friendly and fantastic facilities.
All the coaches are very approachable and really supportive, Sasha is always pushing for you to do your best.
Really relaxed environment and I've even popped in when not taking part just to hang around the place and soak up the friendly atmosphere where I've noticed that visitors are warmly welcomed.
Can't actually think of anything negative to write about the place!
