central location, excellent deal with nearest NCP, large comfortable room, good shower . excellent full English breakfast.1st hotel that has had hairdryer & GHD's in room.would definitely visit again.

Our stay at the Rutland has been fantastic. The location is central in Edinburgh, allowing us to walk everywhere. The room is huge and very modern with an amazing shower. Staff have been very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh.

We had drinks in the bar overall good but table service was a little slow, we then had a meal in the restaurant which was very good
