Excellent. We came here for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed it. The staff are polite and friendly. The room was perfect, as it was very clean and comfortable. We expected a standard double bed, but we're pleasantly surprised to have a very comfortable super king to relax and sleep on. The location is perfect as there are plenty of independant and chain business' serving a wide range of food. It is located near a tram stop and there are regular buses. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to thh citt centre (train station) but is still a quiet location. Would recommend to friends and family, and without hesitation would stay again. Thank you.

Great location Near tram to airport. Breakfast is simpel. Room was oké. Not to small. Price is a bit too high.

Quaint rooms, good service. Shared bathroom was unfortunate for the price. The breakfast was standard, though if you're looking for an English breakfast you won't find it here.

Perfect location in the centre of Edinburgh. It's very good just for overnight. The room is clean and comfortable.
