Excellent city centre hotel. Clean, modern, great bar and restaurant. The staff were all extremely friendly and the room was too notch. Thank you.

Not great, for the price. Cooked breakfast was not good, bacon very poor quality. Some good healthy options in the buffet. Room was cramped and tv made a weird buzzing noise. Shower was nice but drain blockage meant it overflowed. Bed right next to door so noise from corridor made sleep difficult. Overall vibe - guest house with a refurb.

I stayed here in the Easter holiday. It was clean, Quiet and in very good location. The room perfect size for a solo traveler. The staff were nice. Easy and fast check-in and check-out. definitely in my list when i visit Edinburgh again.

Clean and comfortable with everything you could want in a room. I loved the Aveda toiletries especially. It was quick to check in and out - much appreciated after a long day.

Beautiful, clean, nicely located hotel. Best all the good stuff but not smack in the middle of the touristy stuff. Service was incredible, everyone went above and beyond helping us feel comfortable. Delicious breakfast as well.
