Lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. Central for Edinburgh New Town. I would stay aha.

Clean, very central, well decorated (though there are several signs it was done quickly rather than professionally).
The rooms is a good size for two people, not huge but not overly small. The tea and coffee is the room was a blessing after our late night arrival.
The breakfast served in the café across the street was enjoyable, reasonably priced for the serving. We chose not to get the hotel vouchers as the breakfast we wanted was not inluded in the hotel menu.
For £70 it was a comfortable stay, would likely stay again.

Ideal location, lovely and quiet, and the breakfast is brilliant. The hotel room is very basic and the bed is not overly comfortable although not as bad in that one room as others have found. Overall a good place for a quick visit but if after somewhere with a feel to it there are better places for the price.

Great room, comfortable bed and complimentary breakfast from the Costa across the street. I would definitely stay again!

Just about ok and not more. Room is OK but too few places to put the bags for a good handling. The bed was too firm for my liking. Bathroom basin was too small. You have to take the shower in the bath tub. The breakfast had a very limited menu. The juice was not fresh pressed and all was limited to one portion.
