We had a fantastic stay here. The building is absolutely beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helped us print out boarding passes, rooms were very big, clean and with good amenities. The location was good, away from the hustle of the Old Town area but still only a 10min walk or very short cab ride to the main tourist area. There is also a great selection of cafes and restaurants nearby, would definitely stay here again.

Lovely rooms, spacious and immaculate. Mostly quiet only disruption was from guests upstairs. Breakfast was good. Great city centre location 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 from Waverley. Staff allowed us to leave luggage at reception free of charge. Most of the staff are polite bit some are quite abrupt.

We booked this hotel in order to be near to The Edinburgh Playhouse, which is a five min walk from hotel. Impressed by ease of check in. Room lovely, very boutique like decor. Clean and comfortable bed with extra lounge chairs and sofa. No view,however, only stayed for one night so happy with room given. Parking is outside hotel and we were lucky to grab a space. Would defo recommend this hotel
