Contacted Argos customer service and was told to take a faulty hair trimmer back They sent me a copy of my receipt and said I won't need it as when I return it will come up on there system.I returned the faulty trimmer and explained I was told by Argos customer services and that the return was organised by Argos and it will be on your system The arrogant woman said no receipt no exchange I then produced the receipt and she said after checking the trimmer that I would need to contact Argos helpline to arrange a repair so I just gave up as it was only £9.99 But beware of this store they won't help nor will they refund or exchange iv spent more on petrol going to this store to purchase then retuned for an exchange and got nothing Will never again use this store

Love this store, got my daughters a Michael Kors bag and Bunny pillow which they really really like! Also got my father a Mobility scooter, he loves it!!

The store is in a convenient location, with plenty of free, off-street parking.
There is an extensive range of products for collection or home delivery (small additional charge). Counter service is very quick.
