Beware of renting cars here. This place will rip you off. We took complete insurance to cover damages in excess of £100. We returned the car on a Sunday without a scratch and we were told there were damages for £92!!!! I contacted customer service about this questionable charge but no response. On top of this, we were charges for a 3 day rental instead of a 2 day and I have contacted them twice about the refund and they keep telling me that it is authorized and it will appear soon...its been 3 weeks and I still do not see the refund!!
