It's a pretty dire pub, I'm afraid to say. They stay afloat merely due to location, and as such they don't have to try.. at all. If it's a drink you're after while waiting for your train, you can't really go wrong by visiting Brewhemia instead, and no I'm not affiliated with them.

Pleasant, straight forward place to stop by and have a bite or a bev in Waverley station. You get what you need; I needed a cozy hideaway and a warm bite in a pleasant atmosphere, when I came by during breakfast hours. Breakfast and lunch/dinner selections (served until 11 and from 11, consecutively) both include vegetarian options. Surprisingly wide selection of wine and bubbly, given the name of the bar.
No complaints here. This place is good.

Don't order food here. We got the nachos and it was cold with processed cheese missing the guacamole promised in the menu. If you do sit down – just order a beer, can't go to wrong there.

Poor customer service, both male staff were rude and showed no manners which made the experience uncomfortable. Even when leaving we were just stared at. Also, all the coffees were burnt. Overall, not a pleasant place to go.
