Great.I do have a fe woods about Enterprise however. The additional charge to drop the van off at a different place is really frustrating. As one of the biggest hire car/van companies in the UK, charging extra for this makes you look like a corporate body that doesn't give a flying foxtrot about your customers. Loads of customers need to do this out of necessity and hate paying extra to leave it in another location. If you're going to stand head and shoulders above your competition, I recommend you waive this silly fee.

After an issue with the booking they ( particularly Alex the manager) could not have done more to rectify the problem. Really pleased. All staff at Dover lovely 😊

First class customer service at this branch. Car was great, price fair. The customer service given by this firm is outstanding, an example to others everywhere. Will definitely use this company for car hire in the future.
