Never used whitecross before. Rang for advice they seen my dough de bordeaux named baby within 15 minutes. Upon arriving the staff was friendly and helpful instantly. Baby sadly at 9 1/2 years old had to be put to sleep to stop her suffering. The staff explained all my options so I understood clearly step by step what was happening. Baby past away in a very clean loving environment with dignity. The staff was sympathetic with me as I was beside myself crying. I find faults with a lot off things but whitecross will always remain my number one choice of vets from start to end I can't fault them. Would recommend them to any pet owners. Truely amazing staff. Again thank you for everything you did for myself and my girl xx

I employ use dont use this vets,my little baby coco was ill i seen four different vets at the alvaston praction,cancer was never mentioned,sadly she was operated on by these so called professional,they found cancer,i never saw her again she was put to sleep,money makin racket,askin you to return time after time with ur pet just to get more cash out of you

The best vets I've ever been to. So caring and friendly, and always do their best to keep pets healthy and happy, whether as part of preventative care or making them better if a pet is poorly . Wouldn't go anywhere else! Really wonderful people, who clearly love what they do! 😀
