Didn't notice my cat had a blockage and didn't want to keep her in even though she had not eaten or drunk water for 3 days Took to another vet and within half an hr she went under for an op. Perforated intestine what was poisoning her. I have now changed vets

Terrible service from a vet that clearly didn't like cats! £35 to make his condition worse! Don't waste your money here take your animal to a proper vets who genuinely care and are fully qualified. We now go to St.Leonards vets on Osmaston road.

Signed up for the Healthy start kitten plan for my two kittens , offers 10% off neutering so thought it was worthwhile , kittens booked in before they are 20 weeks old get a £10 discount also so seems very good deal. However trying to book kittens in with two weeks notice and they have no spaces left at all ! Even though they can't fit us in they won't honour the sub 20 week discount .. very very disappointed and wish I had gone elsewhere . Great offers but if they can't actually fit you in you are wasting your time and money.

The staff are friendly, professional and caring. The service and support my dog and myself have received here over the last month has been amazing following a dog attack and multiple mass removals. There is no where else i would take my dog. Prices are good and they are open 7 days a week at no extra cost! Appointments not required as they also operate walk in sessions.Load of parking and easy to find. What are you waiting for ?! You won't regret it.
