Booked 3 hrs in advance and they don’t turn up. When you chase up they lie to say the driver will be there in 3 minutes. Then don’t answer the phone when you chase again. Waited 20 minutes in all and gave up. Use another more reputable taxi firm. This company is a waste of space!

Nothing wrong with a bit of courtousy on the phone rather than "Got nothing until 8 now" then hang up.
I won't be calling again. Manners cost nothing. Just say thank you or goodbye before putting the phone down, I did.

Had to get a taxi by myself at 2am, which I was originally nervous about, but the driver was such a lovely guy, made me feel very comfortable, would definitely use this service again!! ☺️

Good service on time driver took the quickest way without going round the houses.
