Today was one of the most shocking days in my life. I was shopping in this place with my dad and as we finished with the shopping we paid for our parking and then forgot to take the paid ticket to be used at the exit. As it was queuing behind us my dad was in the car and I ran to look for the ticket. Then someone opened the gates for my dad. So he was asked to leave the parking immediately regardless of me. Then he returned back with another ticket to park in the basement car park. As his phone was dead he was searching all the floors. Mean time I was helpless and looked for the assistance of some floor supervisors. They did not even care for what I was saying leaving me helpless and hopeless. My dad experienced the same. So I would never recommend this place to be safer for children purely because of this reason I would never recommend this place to anyone and that was the last time I stepped into.

Really good compact shopping centre with wide range if shops. Really good facilities for children especially the play area recently refurbished and baby changing and feeding areas. the centre is reaĺly well maintained and kept up to date.

I dont mind coming here although i do prefer to shop down the bottom end of town because its less busy. the kids area has been "updated" but not a vast improvement. does have a relax and stay place for teenagers / dad / partners to sit. which Is good.

Great place to shop. If you want/need something, you should get it here. Offering a broad choice of light snacks to major meals. Can get very busy which can stress the hell out of you if your just needing to get in, buy whatever it is you need and then get out.

The best shopping centre I have ever visited.
It is state of the art
There is an absolutely huge array of shops under One Roof
It has the remains of what looks to have been a wonderful little market there are still some Traders trading there.
Access to a theatre from the centre also.
It is of the latest generation shopping malls in England and it shows it really is a pleasure to visit.
Of course it has an abundance of parking however I didn't find the car park very well sign posted.
But as shopping centres go this place is the bee's knees and I would definitely recommend a visit.
