Wow, what a place to train. Really high level competitive box; great community, great coaches and a really enjoyable place to go. Can't recommend enough.

Great daily workouts. They encourage and challenge you. Everyone is amazingly friendly to newcomers. Really helpful knowledge and advice and just a great atmosphere all round. New addiction :)

I practically live here, I love it so much. Great coaches, brilliant programming - and a family atmosphere. This is where fitness happens - but you'll also meet new people and make fabulous friends
