Shocking service, I have an appointment booked Wednesday evening I receive a call very apologetic on Tuesday to say if I can reschedule for Saturday morning which I accept today Friday evening I receive a call to say that is also cancelled due to spme unforseen circumstances, ok can I book an appointment with the doctor for Monday evening answer sorry you need to ring on Monday.
PS I've been coughing blood for the last 2 weeks. This surgery is an asset to the NHS well done.

Dr Singh is very very rude. Can not even understand his accent he is very unprofessional this surgery needs boycotting.

They never have appointments even if you call straight when they open or in 5minuts after opening
Doctors are good but staff is shameful especially the girls are on the reception phone

The worst medical center.
I am dying with lots of illnesses and I tried to make an appointment but they said I can't its too late.
The time i went there to make an was 8:30AM. Shame on this kind of Doctor, and their Surgery.
