Poor customer service. I was told that an item was due in stock and that it would be set aside - they took my contact number. When I first called they were not open (despite calling during their published opening hours). On the second occasion I was told that they hadn't received sufficient items in stock so they hadn't got anything for me. Thanks for nothing! Two wasted trips into Derby (about 2 hours wasted) because they couldn't keep their promises. Shame - this could be a really good shop if they raised their game.
