Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Most of the food was great but asparagus and broccoli with the salmon was disappointing. 2 very small pieces of each! Will choose something else next time.

Have eaten here other times and found food very good. Ate yesterday 16/8/2017 and was not at all impressed. Had three courses off the set menu. Whitebait was okay but not vey warm. Steak was not at all good. I asked for medium but in parts it had a brown crust and was dry and difficult to chew. Cream on top of the salted caramel appeared to have been over whipped...not nice. It's a shame because it has put me off from eating at the Mundy Arms again. Maybe the chef was having an off day🙁

Good food with table service from great waiter. Had vouchers otherwise would not have gone here as its over our budget for a meal, but it is really good quality food. Easy parking and a nice size restaurant area.

We called in here for a drink after my Dad's funeral service. The atmosphere was nice and chilled, and there was barely anyone in. The young woman behind the bar, Charlotte, was polite, friendly and professional. We felt so relaxed, we decided to order lunch. We ordered scampi, fish & chips, chicken tikka and 2 x pulled pork burritos. The food was served, in a timely manner, by a lovely, polite chap who's name I sadly don't recall. All the meals were served almost simultaneously, so none of us were eating before the other. The food was excellent, from portion size to temperature. The burritos were a particular favourite, but all were enjoyed immensely and were cooked to perfection. It's been a while since we've had a meal out where everything has been spot on from the service to the food. We had another drink, toasted my Dad, and left satisfied, and vowing to return.
