Good not great.. U will get basic amenities.. Dont expect too much.. good place to be in with good value for money.. Enjoy ur stay...

It's a good hotel, close to Pride Park football stadium. You can walk downtown in about 15 minutes.
The rooms are on the smaller but efficient side and the air-conditioner is a small unit mounted on the wall over the bed in all rooms I have stayed in. Personally, I don't like that, hence the 1-star reduction.
The hotel has a bar, so that's a plus and there are a few restaurants just outside within 2 minutes walking distance.
It's a good hotel, close to Pride Park football stadium. You can walk downtown in about 15 minutes.

Rooms are well equipped with TV, hair dryer, kettle, coffee/tea and an iron. The bathroom was functional and the shower was better than most I've used at hotels. The room was also very clean. I thought the bed was comfy along with the sofa and desk chair. The only thing I can think of that I don't like in the room is there is no socket next to the bed for phones so your phone will have to go opposite the bed. Found the breakfast to be okay but nothing special. I did like the pizza you can order though, that was nice. The small bar has an alright selection of drinks. No room service to be found though, although that isn't really problem as I don't use it. Staff were soooo helpful and very nice.

Arrived Sunday afternoon, reception staff very friendly, room clean, nice white bedding, bed comfy, nice big fluffy towels and I was impressed with the bathroom/toilet door - good idea. Breakfast was good cereals, yoghurt, fruit, bacon, sausage, egg and beans, toast, croissants. All in all a very pleasant stay.
