Such kind friendly staff for my cats annual check up. First time granddaughter attended any vets and was encouraged to check microchip and listen to a purring pets heart.

Always had a positive experience , reception staff are all very friendly , as are the vets.

Been visiting The Veterinary Centre for at least 15 years now after being recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Always receive excellent service there from the reception staff, nurses and vets. We always try to see Conar and can usually always get to see him when we take our labrador Dora. He never rushes us and listens to our concerns as our dog is getting older now. Our dog doesn't mind going to the vets at all as it's always a pleasant experience for her because she gets a biscuits from the reception staff (Angela and Emma) and it makes all the difference because she is frightened to be there. Thankyou to everyone

They charged me £73 for a medication I normally buy elsewhere for under 40! I really don't like the fact a vet's clinic is so much profit-driven.
Also, they charge £25 for a single visit. My dog wasn't offered any treats so she wasn't too happy about the experience ;-)

Always superb service, we travel 25 miles to use this vet, they really are super, nothing is ever too much trouble, they put the patient first ! i trust and value the advice they give.
