Undertook unnecessary operation on my dog. She had 3 lumps which they removed under General anaesthetic, costing over £2.5k. They were just fatty lumps, common in her breed. Similar situation just occurred with new vets, 2 lumps, they took biopsies first to see wether an op was needed. Again just fatty lumps, £128 bill. Op undertaken by Medivet was not needed! Why didn't they do biopsies first?
On top of this they said her liver was not functioning and she would need vitiamns to boost liver function. Cost £158 per month and as vitamins, would not be able to claim on insurance. I insisted on further tests as could not afford this. There was NOTHING wrong with her liver!!! And the vitamins they were telling me to buy had a 300% Mark up on price compared to the same brand you could buy on the internet. Avoid!!!!

Was very distresd my dog hit by car they tried their best to help me with my struggle of financial situation to help my puppy very caring team I feel great and my puppy always in safe hands in their care thank you so much

Lovely practice, have helped my dog no end in the last couple of weeks and I'm really grateful. Both vets we have seen have been great and the nurses are fab with the animals. They have managed to give me appointments at short notice and been very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service, extremely friendly staff. I am glad that I have chosen them as my cat vet, and our Human NHS/hospitals could learn some customer service from them... 10 of 10, Thanks for service you provide!
