Worst vet clinic I've been to. As a home dog breeder, every time I go there to get jabs for my puppies they always say that we aren't signed in to the clinic and that they can't find us on the system even thought we've been signed there for more than a year and we went regularly with our litters!
One time with our current litter, I called in to book an appointment for a full pack of jabs for three puppies which includes first two vaccinations, a microchip and worming for £40 each. But when we actually went with the puppies, we payed £90 I was wondering why we payed only £90. Even though she knew I called for three full packs, she only made us pay for only the first vaccinations and a microchip. And only AFTER i payed and got the recipt, she said that I didn't pay for the full packs even though I booked an appointment for three of them! She looked at me as if she didn't understand what I was saying, and I said I asked for three full packs and she just said, no you only payed for the vaccination and microchip.
Also, I booked an appointment on the phone for yesterday for a 2nd vaccination for our last puppy and it literally took 15 mins for her to get the correct address and name I was telling her and she said again that we aren't registered with them even though we have been for more than a year!
The staff have a 3 second memory of a goldfishand they're computer system is a mess! Also, every time we go, we don't feel welcome at all!
Don't recommend this clinic to anyone!

Always professional and helpful, I've been a customer for 5 years. More recently I needed to rush my westie to the vets as an emergency after a nasty encounter with another dog. They couldn't have been more helpful, special thanks to Jayne who I know took extra special care of my girl during what would have been a very traumatic time for her. Thank you!

The staff were helpful and the consultation thorough.
The big surprise was the bill at the end.
We were quoted for the procedure,which we found slightly more expensive than others but had heard such good things about this place that we decided it would be worth the extra.
Unfortunate for us we were not told we would have dressings AND VAT on top of the quoted price which totalled an extra £76.84.
We asked for it to be checked and was told it was correct. Working within the finance sector I know that
when quoting the public it is normal practice to include the VAT so this really needs to be addressed.
It is our experience with other vets that aftercare is usually included in the cost but when dressing came off the next day we phoned and were told we would have to pay £33 once more.... in their favour, we were eventually given the dressings for free.

Absolute rubbish cost £ 274 no care out of hours had to take very I'll dog to leamington rainsbrook vets as vet at bell and partners couldn't see the large blockage in my dogs stomach on xray paid a lot of money no care my dog would be dead if not for rainsbrook useless do not waste your money here temperature 40 nothing was done disgraceful

Would not think of using any other vets. The care and service that we received for our beloved Parson Russell Terrier was second to none. A big thank you to Ross and his team. We would not hesitate to recommend Bell & Partners.
