Lovely place to stay! Comfy beds, food was great and staff were lovely. Really enjoyed being able to control the temperature in the room as well.

The hotel staff were welcoming. Great breakfast. A mini fridge, tea kettle and cups in the room would have been great. The furniture in the bathroom needed a bit of DIY. WiFi was not working. Had to pay £5 to park the car in their own car park.

Really friendly staff. Very clean. Brilliant price considering that I was being charged 20% more at one of Hilton's competitors who were offering the most basic of accommodations.
The checkout staff were some of the friendliest that I have ever seen.

This is a very lovely and comfortable hotel. tidy and good quality value for money. The cookie at the reception is so great would always want more. The customer service where very courteous and friendly. Overall good place and worth every dollar spent, great value for money.

A really welcoming lovely hotel. The leisure facilities are great and open early and late which is nice. The rooms were good, the breakfast was good (make your own waffle machine!) and in the evening table service beers, what more could you want. Nice outdoor patio as well for a motorway junction hotel! The long one way system through the car park can get tiresome after a few times.
