Absolutely horrendous. Pizza is cold, garlic bread is cold, WEDGES, guess what COLD! Not having enough staff is never an excuse.
Toppings were very thin and minimal but they didn't seem to care!
Shift supervisor offered me 50%off next order but this is an online offer anyway so it's not exactly good customer service is it?
Asked to call manager tomorrow but if their attitude is as crappy as their staff I'm just flogging a dead horse.
Take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. Rubbish food and awful customer experience. Wouldn't eat from here again even if I was offered free pizza for a year.

The pizza was mainly dough & very little toppings. Overpriced rubbish.

Walked in and was ignored, not even I'll be with shortly remark.
Waiting area dirty, cold.
However pizza's were quick and lovely.

Ordered the pizza like I do every weekend. Not only have they given me a pizza with fish on which we didn't order they charged me £22 for just one pizza.
I called the store up as the driver didn't want to help and they simply said we are to busy to deal with this matter. I forced the issue hoping they would see sense and all I could get from the three people over the phone was how the price of the pizza is £22 even though it should have been £9.99 per pizza. Bloody joke of an outfit
Thankfully Pizza Hut have done exactly the same offer for a cheaper price.
