Customer service can be better, limited staff in the restaurant and the food takes a lot of time to arrive. Doesn't accept any sort of cards as well, only cash payments.

Food was good but ambience and hygiene was on the downside. I would prefer much cleaner place. Also service was slow,we had to literally wait for more than 5 minutes before a person attended our table. And had to visit counter to pay bills as there was no one around.

Their website states they open at 11 am. We arrived for that time and the restaurant did not open until 12.30 pm. And even then the counters were not served with food for the buffet. The food was okay with some variety. For the price of buffet it was decent but the long wait did not make it worth it and I would not recommend it to anyone. Make sure you call them and confirm time before going to ensure not having to wait for a long time.
