Been going to this gym for 2 years now. It's a very friendly, welcoming environment.
Suitable for all levels of fitness. The staff here will work you hard to achieve your goals.
Nice gym to meet new people with a positive outlook on life. Would highly recommend.

Can't speak highly enough ! Very helpful staff that cater for all abilities !! Will do what they can to accommodate your requirements and needs.......you do more in a positive friendly atmosphere and this gym provides that ! Very knowledgeable and plenty of experience there to help you along your way !

great gym, with some really good coaches. kids use it for MMA & boxes classes too & real friendly vibe ( but still work hard )

Brilliant gym, friendly staff, everyone works together creating a great team & community spirit. Highly recommend for Ladies, Children & Fella's. You can go in alone & walk out with lots of new friends. Excellent rates.

Fantastic friendly gym. Make everyone feel welcome no matter what your ability. Great for kids aswell. Would highly recommend.
