Good gym for bodybuilding. They have a nice fitness area upstairs where customers can participate in boxing fitness or hit some HIIT exercises.

All the weights and machines you could ever need to use, Good advice and personal trainers at hand if needed, family run gym who also won championships, they have a nice cafe bar. Good fitness and boxing classes. and a nice sun tanning booth. I am a regular and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great gym. Loads of space and tons of every type of machine. Parking is easy too which is always good.
