Stayed at the Ramada for the 4th time for three nights as our son is at Coventry University. The rooms need a little updating and on this visit we changed rooms twice before being satisfied. We were surprised that the rooms did not contain a safe or fridge/mini bar and the bottled water was not replaced after we used the original bottles on the first night. However, after our initial despondancey the staff saved the day. They were the most friendly, attentive team of professional people who could not do enough for us. The front of house, breakfast staff, room staff, bar staff - all were faultless. My husband has travelled extensively with his job around the world and stayed in many 5 star hotels and was completely happy and pleasantly surprised with the people working in this hotel. Five stars for the staff but unfortunately only 3 stars for the accommodation.A big thank you to all the staff.

Service is always great. Food is brilliant. Atmosphere amazing. Don't be put off by the exterior, or the car park... The hotel is great inside

Lovely night at the hotel. The room was very presentable with a great view from the window over Coventry. Very welcoming staff and a great location.

Rooms are great very clean and an amazing welcome. Bed is great for a good night sleep. Great entertainment on the TV. A few things that stand out which limits it from the full 5 stars. The power source is away from the bed, which is tricky when working on a mobile device. Also there was no hot water in the shower which is okay in the middle of summer but will be tricky in the winter.

Rooms very spacious and well-furnished with some great views available. Very pleasantly decorated interior and good facilities. Restaurant food is very good.
